The Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)
The AMPS is an observational
assessment based on MOHO that is used to measure the quality of a person's
performance of domestic (instrumental) or basic (personal) activities of
daily living (ADL). The quality of the person's ADL performance is assessed
by rating the effort, efficiency, safety, and independence of 16 ADL motor
and 20 ADL process skill items.
Dialogue about Work Ability (DWA)

The DWA is a self-assessment tool used to provide invaluable support in investigating the person's ability to work and work-related interventions. The DWA consists of 34 questions (items) divided into five areas: Self-awareness, interests and values, roles and habits, physical ability, organizational and problem-solving ability, and ability to interact and communicate.
Occupational Gaps Questionnaire (OGQ)

The OGQ is a self-assessment that investigates everyday occupations - what a person wants to do and actually does. This questionnaire consists of 30 activities (items), divided into areas of activity (I-ADL, Leisure, Social, Work/work-related activities).
Everyday Technology Use Questionnaire (ETUQ)

ETUQ is a questionnaire used in a structured interview that focuses on everyday technical objects and services such as remote control, mobile phones and ticket machines. Management of Everyday Technology Assessment (META)

META, is an observation based assessment aiming at identification of performance skills, and skill deficits in use of everyday technology in older adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or dementia, but also in older adults in general, and people with cognitive impairments due to for example brain injury. The META assessment covers 4 different areas: Assessment of observable performance skills during technology use (10 items), Assessment of how environmental characteristics influence when a piece of technology is being used (2 items), Assessment of intrapersonal capacities that may contribute to problems when technology is used, including safety (3 items), and the client's appreciation of how important the technology is.
