As the COSA can be administered in a variety of formats, a Kahoot was utilized for this assessment to engage the client in a virtual quiz with pictures and music through screen share via Zoom.
The client is able to click on which statements applied to them for each activity on their device (i.e., ipad).
Once you click on the link, click "play" and then "host" and the COSA is ready to be administered to the client! Adapted by Jolena Lampron and Kelsey Hughes.
