• Unless otherwise indicated, all products sold or offered by the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse are digital in nature and are not offered in paper or binded book form. To obtain a digital manual or assessment in paper form, purchasers are automatically granted access to a PDF version of the product. This PDF file may be downloaded and printed as many times as necessary for personal use.
• Upon purchase of this electronic product, I am also purchasing a license agreement that grants me permission to use my purchased product as a sole user for clinical, educational, or research purposes.
• I understand that the user license for this product does not permit me to distribute, replicate, or otherwise disseminate this product to anyone else for clinical, educational, or research use, without written permission from the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse.
• I understand that these products are the intellectual property of authors and inventors that form the UIC MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse and may not be modified or translated without written permission from the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse.
• I recognize that the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse is the sole distributor of its products. Products are not to be sold or distributed by secondary sources without written permission from the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse.
• I understand that my user account stores my assessment data confidentially and that assessment data must not contain any identifying information of any client, patient, or reserach subject.
• As a licensed user, I understand that I may only transfer my license to someone eles by relinquishing my user rights and re-assigning a new user ID and password to the new user within "My Account." The team at the MOHO-IRM Clearinghouse may assist me in such tranfers.
